Fordham’S Milk Bar

One thing I truly appreciate when checking out a place is character and Fordham Milk Bar has it in spades. This retro gem in Camberwell oozes vintage charm and that classic milk bar feel. From quirky decor to its super welcoming vibe, it’s the perfect place to hang out, relax, and indulge. A very popular Cafe especially with the locals. What we ordered Chilli Golden Folded Eggs Field Mushrooms Veg Supreme Pizza Iced Latte Iced Matcha Babychino Chocolate Mudcake (which we demolished before snapping, sorry!) Everything was delicious, but that pizza is an absolute must! We also got a slice of cake for the birthday girl. Staff were friendly too

Super popular spot for good reason. Rode out along anniversary bike trail and got there not long after opening on a Saturday morning and plenty of spots to sit down inside and outside . Food and drinks were spot on and had a really friendly server help us. Plenty of high chairs available.

Stopped by Fordham Milk Bar on Halloween and had such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was full of fun and community spirit, with kids dressed up in their adorable costumes—it really added to the charm of the visit . I ordered the Energise Smoothie and it was absolutely amazing! So fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor—it gave me the perfect boost for the day. My friend had a Latte which they really enjoyed too—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The coffee aroma filled the space, making it a cozy spot to relax and chat. The location is super convenient, right near the train station , making it an easy stop for a quick coffee or smoothie on the go. The café itself has a warm, inviting vibe , and the staff were so friendly and cheerful—it felt like a real neighborhood gem. One of the sweetest moments was at checkout—we were greeted by the cutest baby cashier ! It was such a wholesome and unexpected touch that made us smile as we left. I’ll definitely be back soon to try their food menu because everything looked fresh and delicious. Fordham Milk Bar is the perfect local spot for good drinks, great vibes, and genuine warmth. Highly recommend!

Featured dishes: • Chili golden folded eggs — silky, pillowy and cooked to perfection • Fish Piccata — beautifully cooked, tender and flaky with a light golden sear • Risotto — creamy, rich and comforting, with each grain cooked just right This isn’t your typical café. Fordham’s serves from morning through to evening, extending into dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights, making it a go-to spot any time of day.

Nice local spot in Camberwell. Pretty simple cafe, with simple food done well. Milkshakes are worth a try if you're feeling.

Save this for your next brunch date Came for brunch @fordhamscafe stayed for the INSANE cake display, such an amazing variety and seriously good quality. The food hits just as hard too: Chicken schnitzel burger – crispy, juicy, so satisfying Greek lamb pizza – packed with flavour Zucchini fritters – perfectly done and super tasty And can we talk about the pavlova? So fresh, light, and absolutely delish. Add in great service, a warm local vibe, and it’s also a top-tier spot for dog spotting Perfect for a relaxed brunch, cake date, or just vibes with your coffee with your friends/family @fordhamscafe

A lovely little neighbourhood cafe in the heart of Hartwell, opposite the train station. Plenty of seating indoor and out, and a really great atmosphere. Plenty of good food options, and the coffee is great. A lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sun.
